Ticket Terms and Conditions
Printed Ticket, containing barcode, must be presented to driver for travel.
Each passenger traveling must have a printed Ticket, containing a barcode.
Tickets are only valid for date selected at time of purchase. Customers must show a valid photo ID (matching passenger's name on Ticket.)
All Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Tickets are not a reservation; passengers will be boarded on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets by Phone or In Person
Tickets may be purchased at the terminal. Top Class has convenient ticketing locations for bus travel that are available during their normal business hours. Locations are opened 3 hours prior to departure. Please see our Bus Terminal listing for hours of operation.
Tickets can be purchased using U.S. dollars, major credit cards and some debit cards. For your security, a valid photo ID must be presented during time of purchase and time of boarding.
